Hatha Yoga 

Program of the course:

 Energy lock – Bandhas

 Ethics of teaching, aspects of interconnections with practice

 Eating behaviors of yoga teachers

 Mantra Yoga

 Basic meditations

 Right entrance to meditation

 Psychological energy handling during group activities

 Voice training, exercise intensity based on student energy balance

 

Child Yoga

This course is intended for teachers working with children aged from 6 to 16. The course program includes different techniques. The teachers are given two complete children yoga programs – one designed for children aged from 6 to 9, another for children aged from 10 to 16. All techniques are presented in playing form. These intensive body techniques involve special breathing. They improve mood and keep energy levels high.

 

Children yoga exercises have complex effect on skeletal and muscular systems of human body, releasing ligaments and spine and creating core. All Asanas are made in form of healthful yoga, in other words, every move is given together with breathing synkinesis, when every Asana move is accompanied by inhale and exhale.

 

Pranayamas allow children to boost immune system and make awareness relaxed and concentrated.                                 

 

 

Prenatal Yoga

The main scope of Hatha Yoga treatment lies in the nature of human body – releasing the spinal muscle tension, decreasing the uterus tone, releasing pelvic area. Special techniques are used for pregnancy challenges to enhance the outflow of venous blood from the legs and also activate lymphatic system which removes toxins and increase immunity. Specially selected Pranayamas improve women’s emotional state during pregnancy. The course program includes childbirth breathing technics helping woman give birth quickly and easily.
